West Mead #1 responded divers and water rescue technicians with the Crawford County Scuba Team to Lake City (Erie County) to assist with a water rescue along Elk Creek. 28-14 responded to Lake City with the rest of the scuba team equipment at 10:40 pm. While in route, Crawford County equipment was assigned to stage at Lake City Station 57. Crews from Lake City along with other Erie County fire departments, law enforcement, fish and boat, and the US Coast Guard responded to the incident. All water rescue equipment from Crawford County returned to service after 2:00 am.
