At 7:12 AM West Mead 1 was dispatched with Meadville Ambulance to assist with a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Pettis Road. 28-13 and 28-14 responded to the incident involving one passenger vehicle that left the roadway and struck a tree. After assisting Meadville Ambulance with loading the patient, 28 personnel handled traffic control. PA State Police investigated the accident, and Leonard’s Auto Service towed the vehicle.

All 28 units returned to service by 8:08 AM.
