At 11:09 AM West Mead 1 was dispatched with Meadville Ambulance for a single-vehicle accident with injury on Pettis Road. Engines 28-13 and 28-11 responded to the scene, where the driver of a Volkswagen Jetta had lost control on a corner and rolled the vehicle in the ditch. 28 personnel assisted Meadville Ambulance with patient care and handled traffic control until West Mead Police completed their investigation and the vehicle was removed by Hayden’s Garage.

All 28 units returned to service by 12:32 PM.
