At 10:29 AM West Mead #1 was dispatched with Meadville Ambulance for a single-vehicle accident with injury on Forest Green Drive. Engine 28-13 responded to the scene, where a pickup truck apparently lost its brakes and crashed into an embankment. Meadville Ambulance evaluated and transported two patients. The 28-13 crew stabilized the vehicle, assisted with patient loading, and assisted state police with their investigation.
Leonard’s Towing removed the vehicle.
Department 28 cleared the scene and returned to service by 11:25 AM.
