West Mead #1 was dispatched at 6:55 PM to assist Cochranton Dept 4 with traffic control on US 322 for a fatal car vs motorcycle motor vehicle accident. Engine 28-12 responded to the incident between McCracken Road and North Franklin Street. Personnel from 28 assisted with redirecting traffic and securing the scene until state police concluded their investigation and the vehicles were removed by Leonard’s Towing.

All 28 units returned to service by 10 pm.
