Shortly after 10:00 pm West Mead 1 was dispatched with West Mead PD and Meadville Ambulance for a single-vehicle motor vehicle accident with injuries. Crews responded with 28-12 and 28-13 to the Cochranton Road incident with a dozen members.

Vehicle rollover with multiple injuries on Cochranton Road

Once on scene crews utilized 28-13 and 28-12 to shut down Cochranton Road while Meadville Ambulance and West Mead 1 EMTs attended to the patients. After Meadville’s two ambulances were loaded and away from the accident scene, crews reestablished traffic flow with one lane of Cochranton Road. Crews returned to quarters shortly before midnight once the roadway was cleared and apparatus cleaned.
