West Mead #1 partnered with Cochranton, East Mead, Greenwood, and Utica Volunteer Fire Departments to conduct training at the Crawford/Venango Fire School burn building. West Mead 1 sent 28-11, 28-13, and 28-14 along with 16 members. Crews conducted multiple training evolutions including single room fires, vent-enter-isolate-search, and multiple room fires on the first and second floor. All members were able to work multiple fires.

Thank you to Cochranton Fire Department for providing lunch and Meadville Central for being available to support the members who stayed back in the township in the event of an incident in West Mead Twp. Members left the Liberty St Station at 8:00 am and returned around 3:00 pm.
